The following fields can be used in the metadata of article files and/or issue master files:

• first-page: article or issue metadata. Specify the first page of an issue or article.
• last-page: article metadata. Specify the last page of the article.
• date: issue master. Date of the issue.
• copyright-date: article or issue metadata. Specify the copyright year, that is, the year when the article or paper is published, if different from from date.
• special-issue: issue metadata. typeset the issue as a special issue.
• online-first: article metadata. typeset the article as online first.
